B7 S4 ECU upgrade

I'm interested in an ECU upgrade. What is the favorite vendor, and please give reason in support of your favorite over the others. I am considering GIAC, APR, and Stasis. What type of power gain is to be expected?

Do whichever is closest to you..I would say APR REVO or GIAC
