You wish bpp. Since the S5 has a regularly aspirated petroleum DOHC 32V 4.2L FSI VL V8 producing 349 hp @ 6,800 RPM, 325 lbs/ft of torque-440 nm @ 3,500 RPM and a 7,000 RPM redline, the B8 S4 will have the same exact engine.
I hate to rain on your parade, bpp. However, in the long run, lying usually hurts far more than the truth. This is no exception I am afraid.
You win some; you lose some, like the old saying goes.

all the technology that'll be in the new A4 next year (including engine setback, weight reduction, near 50% balance). I also remember the mention of a coupe (A5/S5) when NOBODY believed Audi would make one.
The twin turbo was also mentioned in the technology statement.
I posted this many months ago and should have copied/pasted the statement but it was all available, iirc in the ACNA mag.
We'll see, but I believe AUdi (so does AUdi)needs this combo to be competitive with BMW's new TT.

If this information is correct, will the S5 also (eventually, anyway) get a twin turbocharged petroleum DOHC 24V 3.5L FSI VL (valve-lift) V6 producing 350/355 SAE/DIN hp and, most likely, 325 lbs/ft of torque-440nm?
Also, what engine will the B8 RS 4 and RS 5 get?
Oh, if the B8 S4 and S5 downgrade from a regularly aspirated petroleum DOHC 40V (B7 S4) or 32V (S5, which is on the B8 platform, FWIW) 4.2L PFI without VL (B7 S4) or FSI with VL (S5) V8, will the C7 S6 and S7 and D4 S8 get a twin turbocharged petroleum or diesel DOHC 32V 4.5L FSI (if petroleum) or CRI (if diesel) VL V8?
If so, I wonder what engine the C7 RS 6 and RS 7 will get.
Of course, a V8 engine or V8 engines in the C7 S6 and S7 and D4 S8 would be a downgrade from the regularly aspirated petroleum DOHC 40V 5.2L FSI V10 without VL producing 429/435 SAE/DIN hp @ 6,800 RPM and 398 lbs/ft of torque-540 nm @ 3,000-4,000 RPM with a 7,000 RPM redline or 444/450 SAE/DIN hp @ 7,000 RPM and 398 lbs/ft of torque-540 nm @ 3,500 RPM with a 7,200 RPM redline in the C6 S6 and D3 S8.
Also, FWIW, with the petroleum V10 engine described in full detail in the previous paragraph, the first quantities of hp and torque and first redline is for the current (C6) S6 while the second quantities of hp and torque and second redline is for the current (D3) S8.
Also, what engine will the B8 RS 4 and RS 5 get?

Any word on when the longitudinal 7-speed S Tronic direct shift gearbox transmissions will completely replace the ho hum ZF 6-speed Tiptronic transmissions throughout the Volkswagen/Audi Group worldwide that, apparently, once again includes Porsche (which means that the Volkswagen/Audi Group-or VAG for short-will most likely be renamed the Porsche/Volkswagen/Audi Group-or PVAG for short sooner rather than later)?
Has VAG or PVAG leaked the information in the previous paragraph yet, bpp?
