I found an R with only 12k on it and a 100k warranty for pretty cheap.. I drive tip now, but loved driving the R. Manual is wayyy too much fun, I've been missing out .

I drove a 2008 R32 this weekend.
My lease is running out next in 6 months and I am looking around. Nice car but compared to the S4 it just feels like no comparison in all aspects. But it's a nice ride and it sure would save you some money.
I actually really have the new car itch but whatever I end up test driving makes me leave with the emotion that I'd rather keep the S4 for another year or two.

...you'll miss the sweet rumble of the V8.

your right it doesn't compare... I am just looking for something different, and cheaper...
until I can afford a new S down the road. If I go, I'll definitely be back.
I must say though, driving a little car like the R around the hills is soo much fun. My S is just to heavy on its feet to keep up with the little mini's and such zipping through the hills.
