Default Want a dustless (or nearly so) and quiet street pad F/R ..

and am not familiar with the Centric-Posi. Is this my best bet for a new '08 S4? Not planning on tracking it.

Default The Ferodo's bite like crazy. Ceramics not as much...

and the Ferodo DS2500 is one of the few pads out there that comes close to a dual purpose pad. You can run it a Sebring on a 3500lb car for 40mins at a time and it holds up. I dont know exactly why that is but they are a great pad. I tried the Carbotech ceramic and it holds up just as well but the bite isnt there. For autocross I actually ended up running the ceramic in the rear with the Ferodo up front and it allowed the car to rotate when your setting up for those tight turns but I didnt like it for the street or for road courses. some of that is probably preference though. My buddy likes a progressive feel more and I just like the feel of a pad that is more grabby.
