Calling AMD- Wanta chip my car and see what happens
Guys,
Becuase there is so much debate around the HP increases claimed by AMD, maybe we can get them to mod me chip (at a discount of course) and then we can see what the results are. I can get it dyno'ed before and after and maybe even get to Infineon Raceway to do a 1/4 mile pre adn post mod. then we can see if it works. RAM should be interested becuase if it works he could end up with some new customers, no? Assuming they are not pushing the engine too far tuning it to match the A8V8 which is the same engine but with better bhp should be ok? thioughts? RAM?

Ram gets these offers all the time but....
He is probably hesitent to do it cuase no one ever posts any results. In about a month there will be a shoot our between O.Ct Stage 3, AmD Stage 3, APR Stage 3 and GIAC/AWE Stage 3. That will tell us the truth. But email him ya never know, just in talking to him he has told me this in the past.

not out officially yet....
they are running it in there Yellow B6S4 that was at waterfest but it istn out yet. Ive been working with the 4 different companies and arranging for cars that are already setup for a stage 3 setup to be available for a day to be put through a battery of tests under my watchful eye as well as several major magazines.

Depends on who is getting the ECU, there are those that would provide the info
And running a OC.T stage 3 car in these tests is a bit unfair isn't it?
That's like inviting a 74 VW bug to the party..
Worse then clubbing baby seals. No one cares about OC.T anymore, they have shown their colors and it's really wasted effort to even bring them up

when i talked to them....
they said that its been running on there test car for over 2 months hammering out everything. They said once the car gets back from CA they are gonna start working on the customer deliverable product. But yes "2 weeks"
