although it starts out saying that your vehicle MAY have tires rated for 130mph, it then goes on to say that the electronic limiter will prevent you from going faster than what your tires are rated for. The stock Contis are Y rated per the formula given in the manual and Y=186 mph (don't think we can go that fast regardless, can we?) I guess they only have to put a 130mph limiter in if they stick H rated (130mph max) tires or lower on the vehicle from the factory.
I'll add that the manual is a bit confusing because they then go on to describe how the limiter works and that normal operation resumes at 124mph. It's obviously assuming that you have H rated tires. They should probably add a statement that basically says "or 6 mph below your max allowable" or something like that.
