Why not? I had run-flat from my Mini Cooper S and it can be re-mounted!

Default In short yes, in long...

the more times you remove the tire and put it back on it can have ill effects on the resealing and support systems built into those tires. So yes it can be done, but dont do it all the time or you could see some issues, then again that could be true for normal tires as well.
