Can VAG-COM tweak our shift points?

Can VAG-COM tweak our shift points?
I was reading in the S6 forum that there's a "00032" mod you can make w/the VAG-COM that will make the tip shift a bit sportier. Is anything like this available for the 6spd tips?
I ask because I think our tips shift up way too fast in normal driving, and then have to shift down several gears when you want power. The Sport mode is insanely sensitive. every time I try to drive smoothly in sport mode I nearly snap my neck.
A happy medium would be wonderful. Any BTDT? I searched the archives with no luck.

Can't adjust shift points and no vag tweaks that work.
They say that the tranny computer is in the tranny and no one has found a way to adjust it. If anyone else has found anything, please chime in.
