Any ideas? My "04 S4 has been throwing a CEL when its pretty cold outside, <20 degs F. I replaced all 8 spark plugs and coil packs 3 months ago.

PS: I do have a remote start, which may be causing the 5th code...

I am clueless. All I know is that my '04 has had no issues down to -20F here in the Cheese State.

Yes, I chip'd it this year, sorry I failed to mention it. I did have the same CEL codes before the chip. I changed all the spark plugs and coil packs...thinking that its corrected. So I chip'd it when I thougt it was sorted out. A friend has the same year S4 with tip and me and is not chipped and has the same codes...
It is a Revo chip.
