I will be getting a car in the next few days/weeks that has synthetic suede (aka ultrasuede, alcantara in audispeak)inserts in the seats similar to the last generation (B5?) audis. Can anyone recommend a good cleaning product for this material? Thanks!

alcantrara and the woolite oxy drew it out in a few seconds with absolutely no evidence

Use this about once per month or 2 and they seats look as new.

Warm soapy water will get most things out. Use the guide at the link below for those things soap and water doesn't get out.

The Magic Eraser works well, but I'd only use it occassionally. The chemical makeup of that product is a little scary (things like formaldehyde, etc). I'm not sure of the long-term effects of those chemicals on the alcantara.<ul><li><a href="http://www.alcantara.com/eng/english.html">Alcantara.com</a></li></ul>
