Cross thread, which is faster in accelleration and better in handeling, B6 or B7?
Just curious does the 40/60 torque split make a difference or anything else that would make the B6 or B7 a better car?
Although I am prefer the B6 styling

Stiffer? Hmm. I read one of the b6 gripes was it rode too hard, b7 'softened'.

I have a B6 and my buddy has a B7- both stock suspensions and the B6 seems to ride stiffer.

I'm "hunting" right now and have driven an '04 B6 S4 and an '06 B7 S4. The B6 ride was more harsh but it did have aftermarket wheels. The B7 feels more "refined" and smooth. Also, it's two years newer and has 30K miles versus 60k.
