DCH Audi in NJ is the worst...

Just got my 5K mile service done this past thursday. For starters, I got my car back and there were greasy fingerprints all over the exterior of my car (partly my fault as I asked them not to wash/scratch my car). Seriously though, there were fingerprints all over the place and there was oil spilled on my front grill/bumper. Then, when I got home, I noticed the same greasy fingerprints all over the inside of my car, on my seat, on the steering wheel, on the passenger seat, ect. To make sure they topped off all of the fluids, I open the hood and find that the engine coolant is about 1 inch below the minimum line (I knew going in that it was low and I know it's not a big deal but c'mon, top it off). Then I check the oil and find that they overfilled it. It's safe to say that I will never return to that freakin place and will warn everyone to stay away. This is my second horrible experience with Audi dealerships. It's funny because my BMW experience (330i ZHP) was absolutely phenomenal and the maintenance was free!!

They over filled your oil also? I think they want our cars to ****-the-bed early. Isn't it a good feeling that the dealership can't even get that right. I think I'm going to purchase a Lexus IS F. Lexus has great service.

I initially thought the oil was OK but a second check revealed that it was overfilled. I think I'm going to look into a C63 AMG, though I've heard MB service is hardly better.

If nothing else there could be some benefit just from venting your frustrations. BTW, I would hope that you would never buy from them again and tell every prospective Audi buyer you encounter to stay away.

Try Audi of Bernardsville. I bought and have had my 2006 S4 serviced there ever since. They are very good and most importantly they seem to listen.

Dealerships react to that sort of thing. This is the second bad report I've heard from DCH on this board in as many weeks. I'm not sure where you're located, but you might want to check out KMD Tuning for the work you need done.
