Default I have used KMD for my A4 and now for my S4...

They've already done a Milltek non-res catback and H-sport sways on my S4. They did a fantastic job as always. I will now use them for maintenance that I cannot perform myself. I cannot say enough good things about about Danny and KMD.

Default I strongly believe it helps!

They were great in helping me to resolve the issue of my S4 transmission issue in cooperation with my dealer. Plus, if you register a serious complaint regarding a dealership, they're on the phone with that dealership in a flash. Dealers don't like any negative reviews, especially from Audi corporate. Do it!!

Riverside Audi sucks too. I never used DCH. I heard Bell Audi was good.

Default Email sent to DCH and AOA...

I wouldn't recommend DCH Audi to anyone. For starters, there were oily, greasy fingerprints all over my car inside and out. There was a ton oil spilled ALL over my front grill/bumper area. Now I know I told you not to wash my car but that's because I spent 3 hours detailing it 2 days before. I also thought you would be a little more careful/considerate than to grab the steering wheel with oily hands! Then, when I got home and opened the hood, I noticed that the engine coolant hadn't been filled - it is 1 inch below the minimum line!! Seriously, how is that professional service, you didn't even top off my fluids that are visible just by opening up the hood. I wonder if you you even changed my oil? As for returning to DCH, I probably won't. I am going to contact AOA to see if I can get Audi care money back. BTW - My previous BMW maintenance experience was great and I didn't have to pay $600 for it.

Default Problem is they all have issues, I just bought my car from DCH and had the first 5k service done

and I was happy, they even found a rattle inside my car and fixed it. Allthough it either came back or a new one happened.

I bought my B6 from Bell and their service dept sucked. I used to bring my car to Town Motors for service and they were very very good.

I think every service dept has issues and every one can be good also.
