Dent on crease of driver's door
Do you know if it is possible to pop out a small dent on the crease (just above the door handle) of the driver's door? Sorry I don't have a picture. The body shop says it's not possible because it's on the crease and that they would need to repaint both driver and rear door to blend the color (nogaro blue) - got an estimate of $750. I'm not sure if it's worth fixing, $750 is a lot to fix a small dent but I've only had the car for a little over a month. Thanks.

I have similar dent on crease of my back door, and took it to paintless dent remover.
He said it would be very dificult to do because it was on the crease. He also wanted to drill a hole in the back part of the door. (the part that is not visible when the door is closed) so that he could get a bigger tool into the area since he felt it would require more force to acomplish the repair. I declined to have it fixed this way. BYW, my Audi dealer gave me an estimate of $650 to repair the area with paint and body work. I am living with the dent, but I have to say that it disturbs me everytime I look at it! FYI, it is a leased car.

The side impact bar is where the crease is.
All of the reponses you have received are correct, but you should check with a dent remover just in-case you are right on the edge of being repairable. Due to the impact bar being where it is there are certain places that cannot be reached by a dent remover.

I got one of those fixed on my A4 by a paintless dent remover
Find somebody good who will take their time. It's a really hard place to get to. Took him an hour and was tricky work, but only charged me 80 bucks and it looks good as new.
