When I driving out from Chicago to Cali at the beginning of June we just got over the Big Horn range on our way to Yellowstone. Outside temp was in the low 90's I blieve, the car had been running for 24 consecutive hours, the air fan all of a sudden turned completly off, not the system, just the fan. Then it came on again, then off, a couple more times. The inside wasn't cold enough for it to turn off. So I turned the Climate system off and on again and the problem went away.

Sort of a musty smell for the first 10 seconds it's on each day. I'll have it looked at next week for 5000 mile service.
