Does anyone make extensions for Tip steering wheel paddle shifters...something like Ferrari's?

Does anyone make extensions for Tip steering wheel paddle shifters...something like Ferrari's?
They are short, and actually I have thought of having a ring fabbed for around the top of the streering wheel but that may be a little over the edge so maybe some extensions to lengthen the paddles around the wheel a bit more.
