Default BS. Redmember that you have 11.5q's of oil. Audi teck's in Spain say....
The oil system is so over engenereered that you don't need an oil gauge. Remember 11.5 quarts. Theydidn't do it for no reason. Sorry for any(sp) Trashshed. This is acording to Audi tech's a track's in Spain.

Default You needed oil temp on B5S4, but agree Audi not much on guages.
As to being warned of problems, the central display will tell you.

Default No. Irrelevant on a NA V8.
The only thing I ever used it for on my B5 was to determine when it was OK to put my foot into it, or to know when to let it idle for a few minutes after a hard run. In a B6, no turbos = no oil temp worries.

I would like seats that cool & vibrate. Rear park sensor. also a maid would be nice.
