Yes, if you have the DVD Navi+
But only on CDs, not on DVDs, and only in the internal drive (where the map DVD usually goes) not in the CD changer in the glovebox.

If you have Navi+, the DVD player behind the screen that holds the nav disk will play mp3s. The Navi+ also has two SD card slots especially for mp3s. The 6 disk CD changer in the glove box does not play mp3s.
