ECS Tuning ...
The B7 RS4 pedals I ordered are on their way, and everything seems to be fine now. After the initial lack of communication ECS was very thorough in explaining the situation as well as to make every effort to get in touch with me.
I have ordered from ECS before and didn't have a problem before this one, so I will continue to use them hoping this was a one time incident.
... now I just have to save up for that STAGE IV BBK
