how does ebay know if its a scam, enough to put it down
yes, it might be at a ridiculous price...is that the determining factor in a scam post on ebay? or is there something else that's fishy

I emailed one of the ebay scammers and told him if he meets...
me here at the local DMV with the car and title, I'd have a crisp $100 dollar bill waiting for him. (that was the starting bid w/ no reserve on an '04 S4!)
It gets better...he responded with a long and very serious email:
The car is in Italy and because taxes are so inflated there, he's forced to sell.
Funny thing is that he insisted that I must "qualify" for the purchase by providing a little personal information.
I notified ebay but I doubt they'll even look into it.
