Engine Seals covered by CPO?

Engine Seals covered by CPO?
So went to get an oil change (not the dealer) they noticed a lot of oil leaking. They are pretty sure I need to have multiple seals replaced. Is this something the dealer should cover under CPO warranty? Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue. I'd like to have some other stories to back my claim should I get push back from the dealer on Thursday.
