is probably shielded a little bit better, but I would assume that the flow characteristics will substantially outweigh the temp differences. 6" with the V-flow vs 4" with the Hyperflow. The CF details on the Hyper are very nice too.

I'm sure you don't have flow charts for each but I understand what you're saying about the V-Flow having a larger filter outlet. What I like about it is the Air Stack that the filter clamps to....even though its a slightly smaller filter.

Like I said in another post, I don't know if I got any gains by itself but the fit and finish is very nice and the sound makes me smile everytime I step on it. I spoke to a lot of people who said this is the best on the market....who really knows though?

takes in air not only from the sides of the filter but also from the center, which is why I got it. I havent seen anyone do a test on them both yet have you?

go along with the custom exhaust we are building. Might just book a few hours on the dyno and put this to rest.
