Finally Dyno Results.....

Couple things...
1st.. absolutely more miles helps. My car really started making good power at 10k.
2nd.. looks like that tranny is creating considerably more drive train loss. We've seen 6MT with the exact same mods in the 290s.
3rd.. its a joke that you can't rev the car past 6800rpms. That's where the exhaust really kicks in. Tip chip?
good times..

You are trippin'... it's very much worth it.
Dynos are super janky IMO but anyway..
I spent less than 3k on all my motor mods. 1k for catless DPs, $750 for a cat-back, $300 for the intake and 500 bucks for software. My car made a **** hair under 300WHP with a set of 19" steamrollers on it and 91 octane.. but numbers aside...
In the real world.. when I run a stock 6MT (I've only raced sedans and I'm an Avant) I walk away like the stock S4 is chained to the pavement and when I did runs against my buddies bone stock tip... by the time I had shifted into 3rd and put my foot back on the floor he was in a different zipcode.
I invite anyone whose on the fence to drive my car... it's a completely different machine than a stocker and WELL worth the money spent.

REVO Performance Software SPS-3
REVO looks like a useful mod.
where to i find out more? website?
I once tried to get down to where the ignition computer is ... a bit of a pain to get to the bolts under the windshield to remove the cover over it.
To install revo do i have to get down there?

No, mine did around 6700..but it stays up there for another .8k!
That's why you shouldn't bother short-shifting and take it all the way up to the top of your revs, so you land in the highest hp range once you're in the higher gear.
