Default Agree - bare metal, was not my choice...

... when I got the Silver/Black S4. At the time that my Santorin/Silver was lemoned there were no more new S4s around, not with the features I wanted anyway. So I had to settle for one of the silver/black ones.

What I learned from this: (1) Don't lemon a car too quickly when it's quite possible they can fix your built-to-order one; (2) Silver is super easy to keep clean =)

We still have very fond memories of him, wonder where he is and if he's well...

Default Great pix...

the wheels look awesome. What size are they & what size tires are you running? Stock suspension?

Thanx

Default There's only one size right now

18x8, but they said they would have a 19" wheel later this year. I didn't want to wait, nor am I particularly keen on bigger wheels (and the resulting stiffness). They have enough clearance to fit the brakes (the stock wheels do not).

I run S-03, true to my motto to stick what I know and what's been proven. Same with the suspension - it's stock. I guess I am getting older, but I feel that it's just fine for most applications, I'd rather spend my money on other toys (photography, travel). The only aftermarket thing - not including little trinklets - are the brakes (6 piston Brembos), because the stock brakes really aren't up to snuff.
