I just make sure its a newer gas station with high turnover so you dont get it out of an old holding
tank or a tank with gas that has been sitting. I tend to go to the local hess with 93.

CEL with Sunoco gas...
Have had bad experiences with Sunoco. CEL on a Nissan Maxima and BMW 330i after using Sunoco. Haven't tried it in the Audi. Never a problem with my american SUVs.
Funny thing here is that the Maxima and 300i calls for 91+ octane. The SUVs call for 87+ octane. Maybe the cars with the higher octane requirements are more "sensitive"???

Why buy a $55,000 car that you know sucks down gas if you dont want to spend money on gas?
it seems to be kind of like an oxymoron to me. Why not buy a car with better gas mileage if you are worried about gas?
