Getting the fuel filter changed as we speak on my car and there is an R8 in the show room...
There is a sold R8 in the showroom.... Drool....
In addition the word at the dealer is they're charging window sticker on all of their R8's. No market adjustment or anything.

If it were an unsold car it would be rather silly to have it roped off...
Considering they have A8's that can approach those price ranges in there regularly. It was nice to see the eye candy in the showroom though.

Audi Driving Experience... 2nd!
I did the ADE in Sonoma this past year and the R8, it's one heck of a tool! If you can handle the coin and/or the wait, the investment is well worth it... Mines coming soon ;^)
