And think they are the real a$$holes. I mean no pun intended for you, but imagine a situation:
Speed limit is 70 and I am on my left lane whatever doing 75-80 and this azhole comes to me and highbeams me, I would be pissed. First of all I am over the speed limit anyways, if the azmunch wants to do 90 he can move to another lane and do whatever speed he wants.
This example is of course for roads within metro area. If I am on a state highway in the middle of nowhere I would not get pissed if somebody high beams me, I would just move to the right lane (before that I would never occupy the left lane anyways unless I am passing). Slower traffic on the interstate highways should be driving on the right lane. But within city highways, such behavior of being high beamed or tailgated pisses the heck out of me. In city highways where there are many cars around it is not so wise to drive way over the speed limit anyways.

I've had instances where I would highbeam and he would slam on the brakes all the way down to 35MPH or so (mind you this was on the 405 where traffic is going 65-70MPH). I got highbeamed by the car behind me. Then naturally that person would tailgate your ***.
With all these unstable a$$holes on the road, I don't even bother anymore, I just go right around them.
Driving in the US takes a lot of concentration, because of all the incompetent drivers out there.

It would clearly state the following:
"You can not go over the speed limit even though you are passing other cars or on the left lane"
This is not Germany, this is the USA where there is a speed limit and if it is posted on the highway you are not allowed by law to drive over that limit and there are no exceptions to that rule. You can drive below the speed limit, but not above!
