Default I think you could buy the car on a 60 mo term...

And reduce your monthly payment. High mileage leases usually are more expensive, as you are "using" more of the car. If you need to lease, try a 3 yr with 12K per year, you can always re negotiate at the end of the term, either lease again (post depreciation) or finance the residual and purchase the car.
Personally, I went with the premier purchase option - I put some money down and wanted to keep a small payment, investing the "saved" $$ to offset the interest, and payoff or refi the last payment. Still have the option to give the car back, at 3 yr, with 36K - or sell it outright if the car is worth more than 27K after three years. (incidently, I save about $400 per year on insurance vs. lease due to mandatory deductible on leased cars)
I would check out some other options before you make a decision, 959 per mo is hefty if you ask me.
If you are leasing for a business, and need to increase your expenses, make sure you save your gas receipts.

Default got lower payment with buying...

dolphin avant 6spd, premium, blk lthr.
Dealer gave me "christmas" present with 1600 off so buy for 50,000 even with 3000 grand down for 60mo at 3.9% may payment is 920/mo.
Something to think about--you make virtually same payment for 1 year more and have 20 grand or so in equity vs. Nothing. Would just compare buying if rates still low.

Default Re: Try this for a comparison

That's pretty much what I thought. When I leased my new BMW M3 last year. The sticker was $52,000. and I leased it for 39 months 15k miles a year for $2,500 down and payment was $620 a month including sales tax. I think I also had to pay $1,000 in gas guzzler tax. I guess the M3 leases a little better.
