One more thing on the KWs. I'm not 100% sure if you can adjust the shocks...
Without having to remove them from the car.
Please check into this because if some of the adjustments are only available by removing the shock from its mounting point then that's a major PITA.
Again knowing how good the MS kit is with the Ohlins I personally would lean towards them but this is speculation on my part.
Bob is the one you need to contact.

Yes, non-removal adjustability is critical!
This looks somewhat promising, but...<ul><li><a href="http://www.kw-gmbh.de/kw_upload/Einbau/ea68577013.pdf">KW Clicky (scroll down for english)</a></li></ul>

If there is a problem it might be with the top adjustment on the front shocks...
You will need to confirm this with them.
I heard (as with other kits) you might have to "drill a hole" somewhere in the top of the strut housing to get the tool in for the adjustments.
See this thread on the B7 RS4 forum...<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/rs4b7/msgs/113662.phtml">https://forums.audiworld.com/rs4b7/msgs/113662.phtml</a</li></ul>
