Has anyone done a head-unit stereo upgrade?
Is the B6 dash easy enough to match up with aftermarket options?
I have the basic system (non-Bose) and want to upgrade the whole deal - worried about finding a "fit" for the head-end unit in the dash.

yes, its made by audi... its the ones that they use in the newer Audis... like the S4.
I dont deal with aftermarket interior stuff cause i think audi makes the best interior stuff, even their headunits look nice. I would never have anyone "custom" mount a headunit in my car, it wouldnt mach anything else and would look so cheesy. I have honestly never seen anyone on this forum, yet, that has an aftermarket headunit.

It's just about the only way to go. Ofcourse you could get an aftermarket one but I like keeping It
OEM. Plus it sweet and has two slots for sd cards... You can hook up bluetooth as well.
