Default Amused and Serious

Initially I was amused by the image imparted from such a grammatical miscue, but then I began to reflect on the nature of this forum.

Much of the bandwidth is devoted to technical Q & A, which carries an obligation to use care and precession to insure accuracy.

Default

I've found that it's possible, just takes some getting used to.

Default Umm - yup - that's pretty close :}

For those of us with wide enough feet it's more like "ball of foot and side of foot".....

I like the notion that I have more surface area on that brake pedal than just my big toe - it is after all the more important part of the equation when you are performing this maneuver.....

Or, more precisely, to ENSURE accuracy.

Default Don't ever try driving a Caterham!!

I bought some Puma Speed Cat Mid height driving shoes as last time I drove a Caterham I had to drive in just socks asmy trainers were too wide.

The space is really tight. On my Right Hand drive S4 the foot rest is not too wide so when on track days I use the Speed Cats.

I bought mid height ones (they do low and high as well) as a compromise so I can use them in car for track days and also for when I go karting.

Default It's funny, at work the other day I was asking around how do you pronounce the word "often"...

it seems that most people pronounce the word and use the "t" in the word. So they pronounce it "of-ten" as it's written.

However, the proper way to pronounce the word is "of-en", the "t" is slient. Everybody in my office got it wrong with the exception of the big boss of course. ;-)
