Heel-Toe with DBW?

seems like the brake is too high or the gas pedal is too low...
Soon to be '04 S4 owner here. In my brief time behind the wheel of b6 s4's it seems that the pedals are not really conducive to easy heel/toe driving.
I found this thread after doing a search and I guess I'm not the only one.
Only going to auto-x / track this thing once in a while so it isn't a deal-breaker but it would be nice to have a nice easy way to heel/toe.
