heel toe downshifting (i know what it is...is it done easily on an S4?)

could probably bend it.
use a crowbar or similar to hold the accel steady where you want it to bend, and then another one at the bottom to bend the pedal to the left... the accel pedal comes down on a metal bar right?
that, or get pedal covers...
