Has anyone had any experience with these lamps and fitment? They look similar to OEM ones but incorporate the LED look I am after for my 2005 S4 Cabriolet. Besides wiring them w/resistors are they just plug & play?

i just ordered a set. after doing a lot of reading/looking, they seem to be OEM styled with a thinner red strip. the halogen brake lights have been replaced with the LED. my guess is they look similar to the m3/m5 LED kits, which are very nice.

once i get them i'll take photos if you like. i have a red s4, so i imagine this looking rather nice.

Yes, those look like the ones I was looking at. Let me know if they fit well and how installation was. I think you need to wire resistors on these also to keep the computer from telling you that a light bulb is burt out too.

i feel like a total newb but i never really figured out how the resistors work. i had LED bulbs on my saab and always got the failure message, so i would prefer not this time around.
