Default I put mine on top of the cluster.... Perfect reception and instant pickup (warm)

If you pull out the cluster, there's a fold in the top of the dash you can pop the antenna in.

Remember, it needs to be the right way up and have a line of sight to the sky. No metal obstructions.

Best,

Ram

Default Even my TomTom needs a few moments to take it all in.

Though the TomTom does a better job "remembering" where you last were, so it can lock on pretty fast. I have to drive about a block or so before the RNS-E locks on. More satellites would help, I guess.

I'll probably do the sharkfin extension at some point. Parts catalog has increments of 500mm. Anyone know how long that cable has to be to reach from the C-pillar to the radio? (Golly I'm lazy.)

Default PERFECT Reception!!

I had the GSP flipped, ALL GOOD NOW!! I velcroed the anntenna down inside the CD changer slot and I am getting 5-8 (6-Mostly)Sats all the time. Highly recommend doing glovebox over speedo!
