Did you have any Lemon Law leverage?

If so, I'd have called their bluff at that point. Don't want to fork over a starter, how's about buying back my car?

Fortunately my dealer and SA are sane and like my business.

unfortunately in my state it applies only to a vehicle 1 year or 25K miles or newer.
