Does anybody else's engine compartment stay hot (not warm) for a really long (several hours) time after shutting down? Some colleagues wanted to check out my car after lunch yesterday. At this point, my car had been sitting in the parking garage from about 8:30 am to nearly 1 pm...and the engine was still hot to the touch. Seems like an awfully long cool-down time.

If they are within the normal range, I wouldn't be to concerned. You could always talk to your trusty service writer at your dealership. This is what I always do if I have any concerns. This is of course, assuming you have a loyal service writer. I have gone to the same gentleman for the last 6 years of Audi ownership. He always shoots straight and is very honest.
