Default In some of the earliest cars the satellite systems were misinstalled.

I would have hoped they had figured it out by now.

Default Your dealer Sucks

$50,000 + &amp; they want to charge you.I would call AOA &amp; complain.Who is your dealer so I can stay away drom them.

Default Could be the CAN Bus is in the wrong socket

Look at this tech article. Towards the end is a section on positioning the CAN bus. Check to see if yours is in the right location. If it is, check in the trunk to see if the receiver was installed. Default Besides, charging you is nonsense

If you ordered you car with xm, your dealer is supposed to activate it for you at no additional charge. And you are also supposed to get 3 months free service. It's time to give your dealer a piece of your mind.

Yes - mine was one of the first to be miswired and I have Sirius.
