How fast will my S4 go....on a two mile straight runway?
Tomorrow I'm taking part in an event called VMAX.
The track is a runway based where you come on to the end of it around a 90degree right hand bend (probably at around 60mph) and then it's straight for two miles then some twisty stuff before being back to the start.
They have a speed trap on the straight not sure where (but of course we need some braking space!) and basically it's all about seeing the max speeds - the clue is in the name I guess ;-)
This is the car list and I hope to get a passenger ride or two :

Yup, hands down. Unfortunately for you...
There is a lot on that list with a lot of power and slippery body work. You'll probably be in the back half, but you will hit 160 (my prediction) and have a BLAST (Unquestioned)!!!
The Cobra is going to be a nightmare. They get freaky over 130.

There's nothing unfortunate at all...
I'm going in a 4 door family sedan. If I happen to beat a sports car or two then great but I'm in a no lose situation.
To be honest, seeing what the S4 can do is only a part of the reason for going.
I want to see, hear and try to get a ride in some of that precious metal! ;-)

That's an impressive list of cars. Most cost more, are lighter, more HP etc...
