Default I am NEVER going to Don Rosen again for anything!

Well after the crankshaft seal leak debacle, i swore i would never go for anything major. Now it includes oil changes. WTF crack are these a-holes smokeing. I bring my own oil and I still walk out of there paying 90 dollars! They charged 60 dollars labor! Audi of HV is, 20 for the filter 2 bucks for the new drain plug and another 30 for their time.

Oh and Dilbert was up to his games again. Poor woman was almost in tears. He told her that the reason her car has a check engine light on is cause there is carbon buildup in her intake manifold and they would have to take the engine out and have the manifold sent out of for cleaning for it get rid of the check engine light. Ha! What a bunch of crooks. Sticking with Audi of HV from now on. I told her to skip them and go else where. Too bad I didnt have my laptop and vag cable I would have done a scan for her right then and their so these bastards couldnt rip another person off.

Default actually the new SM Tim is really good from what I have seen thus far...

The entire admin structure is new and very good from what I have seen of them. Also all the new SA's seem to be very good.

Default yea I dunno...

I know I have paid like 60 normally for an oil change which included the parts. Just go to Ed next time, he is the one who sits next to your buddy :-)
