ha ha what a bunch of retards.......
I just called them they said their going rate for the labor portion of the oil change is 30 bucks! The lady I spoke with was like how the hell did you get charged 90 dollars when your brought you own oil. I told her, her guess was as good as mine. So she put me back in touch with the cashier lady, and now they have to talk to the head service manager to figure out how they plan to re-credit me. Either via check or on my credit card. Still this isnt worth the headache to deal with these people....

I love my subaru dealership they don't cheat me cause i didn't buy a overpriced
car and know nothing about it. Ps as for all these s4 problems well after talking to jon about his i have realized my japanese car which is made for $20 had better build quality.

Knowing their stuff and using that knowledge seem to be two different things at DR
You seem to have great service there, but also sounds like you spend A LOT of time there too. Most of us don't want to or don't have the time to hand hold these guys. I want to drop off my car and trust that everything I requested will be done completely and correctly. I don't mind also printing up the TSBs for them, but when they then just simply skip that work or say they didn't understand the problem it blows my mind.
