Correction they didnt, i checked the back seat of my car found a spare quart....
Checked my dipstick, nothing in hatch mark zone, i dumped in half the bottle, and bingo its halfway up the hatch marks. Idiots....

uhhhh before you call them idiots...
remember that it can take up to 50 miles for the oil to settle... They never mess mine up because I give it to them in Litres not quarts so the fill is perfect when they put in the right ammount in litreage.
