I dont understand why Audi is not preferred over BMW and MB in the US.....

It's common knowledge that Mercedes and BMW are better cars and of higher quality
if you don't believe me- check the latest JD Power awards, Audi came in below both of them by more than just a little gap. And Mercedes hasn't ranked that high in the past but still beat audi. lol

Mercedes are dinosaurs compared to Audis and BMWs. There are plenty of modified Camaros and Mustangs out there that pack lots of hoarsepower. But can they negotiate corners? Ditto for the Mercedes. Did you ever see Top Gear's S4/M3 comparison? So what if the M3 was 1 or 2 car lengths ahead of the S4 at the end of a quarter mile. They are not dragsters! The S4 was nearly a second quicker than the M3 around Top Gear's short twisty race course. Your X5 (in spite of all its mods) would look like it was hobbled if it even made it around that track.

Why would I race my X5 vs your S4? Complete different class pal. Overall people who drive audi's
wish they drove MB's and BMW's but just couldn't afford them. Leases on Audi's are cheaper by far. That's all I'm going to say.
