Default I got back from a very long road trip home (21hrs on the road). I made it safe but my car had some..

small problems.

I'm not sure if this has something to do with me having quite a bit of weight in the back of the car but I got a odd looking error show up in the instrument cluster. It looked like a headlight with 3 lines, which I believe represents springs. When I got home I ran the codes and came back with these:

Default Here is the answer to your first code: Level Control System >

Audi > A4, S4 > 2002-2007 Suspension, Wheels, Steering40 -
Vehicles with automatic headlight vertical aim control, vehicle level sensor control. Electrical Equipment - Repair Group 94
To function properly, the automatic vertical aim control system needs information about compression travel or rebound travel at the front and rear axles.
For this, the position of the lower left link relative to the body is transferred to Left Front Level Control System Sensor G78 via a coupling rod. This transmits electrical signals to the Headlamp Range Control Module J431 .
Headlamp Range Control Module J431
Electrical Equipment - Repair Group 94
On the rear axle, the signals are transmitted to Headlamp Range Control Module J431
from G76 Left Rear Level Control System Sensor G76 .
These signals are required for determining vehicle level.
The automatic headlight range control reacts independently to changes in vehicle level.
The vehicle level can change in the following situations:
Towing a trailer
Different load conditions; vehicle empty, vehicle partially or fully loaded
Slow or fast driving habit
Checking the headlight basic setting is necessary when:
The track control link has been removed and reinstalled or replaced,
Assembly work was performed on level control system sensor,
The level control system sensor was replaced,
The retaining clip for the coupling rod on track control link has been loosened. Headlight basic setting

Default check the rear headlight leveler and have them inspect that cat...

for a possible separation/failure.

Default comes on with me too sometimes...

when there is a big load in my avant. Guess is has to do with the car being lower in the back at the time.

Default sounds like the cats on your milltek system have failed

I have had a fullback milltek for about 3 years, and mine tossed these codes on 9/20/07, which were confirmed by matrix integrated in portland as the milltek cats failing.

The errors thrown by my car:

"16805 P0421 001
Warm Up Catalyst, Bank 1
Efficiency Below Threshold
Sporadic

16815 P0431 001
Warm Up Catalyst, Bank 2
Efficiency Below Threshold"

Default Got the same CC code after a few weeks w/the apr dps but was cured....

With a software flash/program. That would blow if you're cat failed and needed replacement-ugh. I'd clear the ecu memory and see if it comes back to make sure its fubar. What software are you running?
