yup, often takes some extended driving (and heat) to take the cats past their limit.

I've got the APR programming which I usually just keep it on the 93octane program.

Default I hope Milltek warranties these even though I'm not the original owner.
I bought them with less than 5k miles on them and I have 20k on my car now, but I didn't put them on until about 5k miles.

I know they've had problems with they cats so if they are a stand up company [which I'm sure they are] they will replace them.

Has anyone else went thru this process with them before?

Default nope, they said out of warranty
offered me 50% off wholesale for another set of milltek dp's...no dice though @ same price as a set of apr dp's
