Default Brilliant!

Now read the link you provided. For NY is says similar rules apply as for CO, with certain exceptions. Bottom line...NY will not assess points for out of state speeding convictions.

If you don't pay it, VA state DMV will notify your home state of delinquent ticket payment.

Default I'm more concerned about the mandatory appearance. I'd like to take care of it via telephone.

Alternatively, have a VA attorney take care of it for me. I just opened my own law firm and to truck down to VA to deal with this would be a PITA and I'd lose 2 days at work...at least.
