I had the serpentine belt whine TSB done last fall and still had a 10 sec whine afterwards

I figured I could put up with it for 10 secs. No big deal. As temps warmed up, the whine went away. Now that the temps are below 65 degrees, the whine has returned and it is worse than the original and it is not even that cold out. It is evident for at least the intial 5 mins of driving before itgoes away. I have 2 options. First, I can continue to live with it and have Audi fix it at 25K service. But I have 18K miles now and that won't be until spring where it might not be heard due to warmer temps. Or take it in soon and put up with being without the car for 3 days like the last time I had it done. They were supposed to have had the parts on hand for my TSB but gave me some BS about my car having had a different alternator and having to order different parts. I believe that they used the parts that were ordered for my car on someone else's S4, but I can't substantiate that. What would you do?

who when we try to sound like we have a little bit more knowledge of TSBs and issues, get the "well sir, that's not the case" BS run-around. :P
