Default I STFA and found most of the answer, but help needed...

I did not purchase the Infotainment option on my 2004 sedan, but now have some interest in XM radio. I found several very nice self-install write-ups, but wanted to confirm that all head units (the Symphony II, non-bose in this case) is pre-wired for Sat radio? I guess it is also worth asking if the non-Infotainment cars have the same antenna as the sat-enabled cars?

My conclusion thus far is that I can purchase an XM receiver and install as-is on my non-Infotainment vehicle using the storage compartment on the driver's side of the trunk.

Any problems with this approach?

TIA

Default Yes, you can do it.

I have non-Blose and I installed XM based on the instructions on AW.
