So, I just bought my B6 and I took off my engine cover and noticed this:



It definitely is not factory...

That's the way they are made, the ABS pump is mounted in rubber, and the flex line allows movement with out damage to lines.

Thats factory. Whats worse is if you get adjustable shocks you have to drill a hole directly under one brake line on the driver side right there under the cover
