he can submit the bill to the other party's insurance company, and they will cover ALL the damages. The coverage paid for through your policy doesn't come into this, unless your company is footing the bill. In this case, the other party is clearly at fault, and they should cover ANY damages up to the limit on their policy. After that, it get's ugly.
